As someone who suffers from chronic illness, I ask that you continue to wear a mask for the entirety of your appointment. As I will mine.

Feel free to bring your Starbucks or water, I won't object to you taking a drink during your appointment (please sip and cover), but NO FOOD please.

No guests please, and no children - this keeps the zen atmosphere for us both.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
I'VE ADDED EXTRA TIME BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS TO ENSURE AMPLE TIME FOR CLEANING.
PLEASE DO NOT COME IN MORE THAN 5 MINUTES EARLY.
BUT IF YOU ARE EARLY, TEXT ME. I MAY ALSO BE READY EARLY
CANCEL/ RESCHEDULE POLICY
RESCHEDULING:
You may manage your own appointment on VAGARO, which allows rescheduling if it is more than 5 days before your appointment. Please contact me as soon as you are aware of the scheduling change need if it is within the 5 day window. I will do my best to get you in in a timely manner, schedule permitting. For rescheduling outside of 2 weeks from the original appointment - It will be considered a Cancellation.
CANCELLATIONS:
Appointments cancelled 48+ Hours before your appointment time are free of charge.
Within 48 hours of your appointment time, cancellations are subject to a 100% of service fee.
*No-Shows are automatically charged for the full cost of service and you may be blocked from booking future appointments.

IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS ARE SHOWING SYMPTOMS, PLEASE CANCEL/ RESCHEDULE. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU SHOW UP WITH SYMPTOMS AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL SERVICE.
